School of Imagination: New Partners
The School of Imagination, has new partner organizations and thus new locations for the individual workshops.
Introducing new partners for the new school year of the Schools of Imagination project.
The School of Imagination (full name School of Dissolving – Expanding – Connecting) has new partner organizations and thus new locations for the individual workshops.
The Society for the Protection of the Prokopské and Dalejské údolí (Prague 5) has provided us with a quiet location for the initial two meetings in October 2022. The natural environment of the Prokopské údolí offered a peaceful oasis for introducing the course participants to the key principles that the School of Imagination will subsequently develop continuously, i.e. direct engagement of the body and senses through experimental pedagogical activities and deepening of critical perspective through critical pedagogy.
Since November 2022, Kampus Hybernská in the centre of Prague 1 has provided us with a stable venue for the courses.
With the workshops in January and February, the School of Imagination will take place in the bowels of the National Gallery of the Trade Fair Palace in Prague 7.
In May, the School of Imagination participants will move to the bowels of the gardens in Prague’s Střešovice – with one group hosted by Kafkárna – Centre for Ecology and Art at UMMPRUM, followed by a second group in the neighbouring of Villa P561.
We return to the Prokopské údolí for the final full-day seminars.

9th and 10th seminar at the Hybernská Campus (10 and 11 March 2023)
11th and 12th seminar at the Hybernská Campus (14 and 15 April 2023)
13th and 14th seminar in Kafkárna and Villa Pevnostní 561 (12 and 13 May 2023)
15th and 16th seminar in Prokopské údolí (9th and 10th June 2023)
